Situation

HRDQ offered the majority of its self-assessments on paper and the company wanted to transition the assessments to the web, and expand its product line with additional assessments that included 360 surveys. The company looked for a reputable 360 vendor to accommodate its hosting needs and provide:

Outcome

TBC created for HRDQ a branded assessment process for the participants, raters, and administrators through TBC’s hosting application, TruScore®. With TruScore®, HRDQ was equipped with:

• Management of the assessments and the entire system itself, with TBC providing technical support when needed
• Centralized location to take surveys, keep track of responses, as well as receive feedback reports
• 360 degree feedback surveys through the web, which allowed the company to branch out to a wider client base
• Custom reports for its unique line of Self and 360 assessments
