Proper guidance on feedback interpretation, goal alignment, and individual planning by a certified coach is equally important. Our coaches guide participants through their results, focusing on the behaviors that need improvement while filtering and defusing emotional responses.

One-on-One Coaching
By Phone

• $975 per person: Includes preparation and one hour of coaching, as well as a one hour follow-up session in three months to track progress against individual development plans.
• $700 per person: Includes preparation and one hour of coaching with a master coach.

In Person

Group Facilitation
By Certified External Trainer

• Up to 25 participants per session
• Up to 2 sessions per day

By Certified Internal Trainer

• Trainer(s) need to be certified
• Cost of trainer certification can often be recouped within one session.
