CAN YOU VIEW OUR SITES?

Our sites are designed to be viewed and functional in most major browsers, versions and monitor resolutions. Below are the browsers and resolutions we know work with our sites.

PC Browsers

  • Internet Explorer 9.x or higher
  • Firefox 32.x or higher
  • Chrome 33.x or higher

Mac Browsers

  • Safari 7.x or higher
  • Firefox 32.x or higher
  • Chrome 33.x or higher

Monitor Resolution

  • 1024 X 720 or higher

CAN YOU ACCEPT SESSION COOKIES?

HRDQ Assessment Center use session cookies to ensure that the answers and information you give is tracked, ONLY while you are logged in. Once you log out or quit your browser, session cookies are automatically deleted. To enable/disable cookies, contact your IT department or follow the instructions below.

To enable/disable cookies in Internet Explorer 9.x or higher
1 - Choose the gear icon and then INTERNET OPTIONS
2 - Click the PRIVACY tab
3 - Move the slider to the desired level of security you would like

-- For PCs --

To enable/disable cookies in Chrome 33.x or higher
1 - Choose the wrench icon in the upper right hand corner, then select OPTIONS
2 - Select the UNDER THE HOOD tab, then scroll down to cookie settings
3 - Choose your preferred settings

-- For Macs --

1 - Choose the wrench icon in the upper right hand corner, then select OPTIONS

CAN YOU RECEIVE HTML OR SPOOFED EMAILS?

In some cases, HTML or spoofed emails are not allowed by company networks. Due to this we have provided the following tests to determine whether HTML or spoofed emails can be received. Simply enter your corporate email below and trigger each test by selecting the appropriate button.

An email will be sent for each test to the address provided.

If you receive the emails please follow the instructions included in each to complete the test.
