Newmont Mining needed a leadership training and 360 content solution that could cater to the unique requirements of the various levels within their organization and which would allow a single centralized platform for managing 360 projects for a their geographically diverse leadership team.
TBC worked closely with Newmont to develop sets of leadership competencies and behavioral questions that are unique to Newmont’s organization, and which were customized for the various leadership roles ranging from Technical Specialists up through Executive Leadership. The customized surveys were then hosted on the TruScore Platform and rolled out to teams across the globe.
Newmont now has a mature and effective 360 program that is fully hosted, available in multiple languages and with survey content that is customized to meet their specific needs. The program has provided a significant amount of data, and can now leverage the power of custom norms and statistical analysis to help further bolster their leadership development program.
