      The Report Interpretation Tutorial is a supplemental tool to help you read and interpret the results in your feedback report.

      Development resources consist of information about each survey dimension such as competency descriptions, development tips, and what kind of leader you might look like if you scored high or low.
    • TruTrack®: Interactive Development Planning ( View demo )
      TruTrack® is an interactive development planning tool that is accessed and stored on the participant's portal. Development goals and actions can be created or edited at any time and to help ensure goal completion, participants can email the plan to key stakeholders and setup reminders.



Feedback Report Tools

Report Interpretation Tutorial




The self-guided tutorial is available for our full Task Cycle® line of assessments, and walks the participant through the basics of interpreting our new standard feedback report.

This add-on to the participant experience can increase the success of their 360 degree feedback initiative by explaining the importance of their 360 results, how to look for areas of opportunity in the report data, and how to leverage those opportunities into an effective development plan.
