Assemble a report using our standard template and charts

Our standard report template is a product of many years in the 360 feedback industry. However, there are many ways to present data and we humbly acknowledge that our preference may not be yours. In order to accommodate typical data presentation requests we have put together a library of charts and tables that can be utilized within the boundaries of our standard reporting template. Have us match an existing report

If you have a feedback report that you currently use, and would prefer to keep intact, then our programming team will do our best to replicate it within our platform. If we are unable to match a particular chart (which is rare) we will offer a comparable solution.

Create a report from scratch

When all else fails, we are happy to work together with our design team and yours in creating a brand new report from scratch.

Our client surveys are hosted on our premier hosting application - TruScore®. TruScore® was built, in part, to handle many common customization requests that are related to the participant and rater experience.

Here are a few elements of the feedback process that can be customized through TruScore®.

• Participant and Rater email text can be customized.


• Your logo can be added to all participant and rater emails, and the participant portal.


• Participant portal steps can be customized - adding, removing, or modifying to meet your needs.


• Resource documents, links, etc. can be added to the participant portal.
