Underlying model with a leveraging sequence

Focus on the competencies that have the most impact.

Our 360 degree feedback assessments are organized in a leveraging sequence based on Task Cycle® Theory. The theory provides a model for the work process for organizations, leaders, managers, and teams.

Each competency is important, but those at the beginning of the sequence have the greatest leverage and can be used to improve skill areas later in the cycle. This approach helps participants focus on competencies that have the most impact on their development.

There is more to just displaying 360 data

Our 360 feedback dashboard is designed with development in mind.

  • Drill down into the details. Review summary level data and simply click on a data point to drill down to the score details.
  • See ONLY the data you want at a given time. Easily turn rater groups on and off to focus or compare specific sets of data.
  • Toggle and Sort. Toggle between Raw and Centile Scores, while some graphs also allow you to sort Highest to Lowest, Lowest to Highest, or by Competency order.
  • Easily spot YOY development trends. Compare current scores with previous scores for each rater group at all levels.
  • Development guidance. Examples showing how a person in the same role might behave along with development tips to guide improvement.
  • Composite Data. Aggregate roll-ups of scores and ranks to help identify and target group trends.
  • Executive Summary. A PDF of the participant's results without detailed scores, specifically designed to share with supervisors.
